Texas State Comptroller Susan Combs and U.S. Congressional Candidate Dr. Donna Campbell have talked extensively over the last two days with regard to the comptroller’s capable handlingin awarding state grant money to organizations seeking to improve the job readiness factor of the Texas workforce.
Comptroller Combs said. “Dr. Campbell is assured that there is no misuse of any state funds, nor any funds going to ACORN”. And: Dr. Campbell said. “There have been many misrepresentations about statements I have made but please know that I’ve always appreciated the good work that Comptroller Combs and her office are doing. I look forward to enjoying future counsel with Comptroller Combs as I seek to represent the people of the 25th District in the United States House of Representatives”
These statements are not an endorsement of candidacy, but support of future job creation in the great state of Texas.
